Every single Cambridge Satchel is handcrafted with care in our own workshop in the heart of England. We take pride in supporting British craftsmanship and ensuring the highest quality standards.
What type of leather do you use?
We use premium quality, ethically sourced bovine leather. Our leathers are selected for their durability and ability to age beautifully, developing a unique character over time.
Can I personalize my bag with embossing?
Yes, we offer a bespoke embossing service. You can choose to have your initials or a small symbol added in gold, silver, black, or blind (no color) finish to make your bag truly unique.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that for embossed items, an additional 3-5 working days are required for our artisans to complete the personalization.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that embossed or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
How should I care for my leather satchel?
To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend using a leather protection cream and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain. If it does get wet, wipe it dry immediately with a soft cloth.
